Must be fully vaccinated, reliable transportation Monday- Friday 5pm to 1:30am with possibilities working weekends Works on Microsoft Campus POSITION SUMMARY Not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position. The position is responsible for providing quality carpet & upholstery cleaning, hard floors restoration, and water extraction services. Additional accountabilities include, but not limited to: ensuring all actions are completed in a safe manner; following instructions on work orders; working as a team; maintains a consistent flow of communication with team; and, taking before and after pictures. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1 year experience and or training desired but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to work as a team Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize new skills Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite desired; photo taking skills a plus Professional personal presentation High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations required Valid driver license required Ability to handle changing priorities and achieve desired objectives required Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of the company and clients Ability to maintain poise, tact and diplomacy required Ability to adjust scheduled to meet business needs
