LONG VALLEY, NJ — With the holiday hustle and bustle upon us, the Washington Township Police Department announced on Friday that drivers should expect to see more officers out and about this month. What forms of aggressive driving does the police department plan to hone in on? Speeding, tailgating, running lights or signs, as well as drivers weaving in and out of traffic or illegally passing other drivers, are just a few of the things the police department says they'll be looking for. "The holidays can be stressful, but please slow down and be patient with everyone driving around you, and if you see something that needs our attention, just give us a call," they wrote.
