NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court. Ryan Aloise, 41, of Temple Street in Nashua on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions including theft and burglary. He was accused of stealing items from Target between Jan. 31 and Feb. 17 in Nashua. Phillip Baker, 39, of Twin Meadow Drive in Hudson on a possession of controlled drug-buprenorphine and naloxone mix charge and a possession of fentanyl intent to distribute charge on Sept. 21 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in June 2002 in Marlborough District Court. Stefan Baringer, 38, of Anvil Drive in Nashua on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing a building on Anvil Drive in Nashua on March 13. Kaitlin Barry, 24, of Bradley Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on June 25 in Merrimack. Christopher Britton, 30, of 42nd Street in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He was accused of purchasing $3,822.75 worth of items from Ayottes Stateline Market with another person's credit card on June 3 in Nashua. Stephan Condodemetraky, 53, of Dorothy's Way in Bedford on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of creating a false impression that he could tow vehicles from Toyota of Nashua on Jan. 22. Corey Cromwell, 33, of Tilden Drive in Manchester on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a Glock 17 handgun on Sept. 8 in Merrimack. Previously, he was convicted on a felony charge in Belknap County Superior Court in February 2015. Nicholas Cummings, 29, of Ponderosa Avenue in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 21 in Nashua. Troy Drew, 34, of Northway Road in Tamworth, on certain uses of computer services prohibited and indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He was accused of soliciting a person he thought was an underage teenage girl via Kik and WhatsApp to meet him for sex and sent a photo of his genitals to the person over WhatsApp on Dec. 1, 2020, in Nashua. Justin Dutton, 39, of Four Seasons Lane in Merrimack on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, buprenorphine charges on May 3 in Merrimack. Matthew Espersen, 36, of Mountain View Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Aug. 3 in Nashua. Marc Etienne, 62, of Lyons Street in Nashua on three felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a firearm at three people on Sept. 18 in Nashua.
