Helper for bathtub refinishing

Looking for a helper for bathtub refinishing. Carry equipment to/from truck, setup equipment, help prep. Monday- Friday starts at 7:30 in Flat Rock, ends when we're done (sometimes 11am, sometimes 5pm) Must have own transportation, clean background check and be able to pass drug test. Must be able to carry 40 lbs, tolerate strong chemical smells and be on knees for extended period of time. Painting or auto body experience preferred but not necessary
