Vinebrook Homes is seeking quality renovation/remodeling contractors to perform "rehab" work on homes in our area. We provide a detailed scope of work, we buy all the materials, all homes are vacant, and have utilities on. Most will have a start off supply materials on site when you begin. All payments are direct deposit. And within 14 days of invoicing. We have plenty of work to keep contractors busy. Typical work is painting, some drywall, light electrical, light plumbing. We would be a great partner for a "start up" company that wants to get involved in rehab production construction. We only require general liability insurance.
