Do you enjoy working with your hands? I am custom building a house and I would like to find someone dedicated to pride-in-workmanship. There is an addition and a rental property that needs construction, updating, and repairs. The job can be a part-time or full-time job for a contractor that is looking for a job. I am willing to train the right laborer, if you want to learn construction. I am looking for quality and cost savings, not speed. Please, Let me know if you would like work with me. I have been hired by contractors and don't mind swapping time with another contractor. Lots of room for discussion in this ad.
