We are seeking estimators, located in the North Metro Area of Denver/Boulder, to join our sales team! Benefits: Competitive compensation package (depending upon experience) hourly + commission ($60-80k+) Retirement plan (Simple IRA) Vacation pay Work vehicle provided Supportive work environment Position Overview: As an estimator, you would be responsible for estimating new and retrofit natural gas lines for a variety of appliances at residential homes. All estimates are provided and scheduled for you. The estimator is required to maintain and grow account relationships through quality customer service, estimates and follow-ups. Responsibilities: Be knowledgeable about products and installations. Complete all account visits, on-site and verbal estimates as scheduled. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Maintain excellent communication and customer service with all customers, assigned contacts and premier accounts Maintain open communication and provide necessary and requested information to assigned contacts and accounts. Competencies: Problem-solving and decision making. Customer focus and sales growth. Personable and professional salesmanship. Education and Experience Requirements: Knowledge of pipe fittings and plumbing preferred. Customer service and/or sales experience helpful. Valid and permanent driver’s license from state of residence and a clean driving record. Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time appointments. Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service. Verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills. Basic mathematical skills to calculate estimate and bids. Ability to operate a motor vehicle Resident or able to commute to Denver Metro Area
