Custom Solar is currently seeking entry level and experienced solar installers. Pay starting at $19/hr (with no experience) with potential for advancement with increased pay commensurate with role and responsibilities. This position will work with crews of 2-6 installers on commercial and residential solar projects. Construction and solar experience is preferred. Strong work ethic, good attitude and good attention to detail is required. Job Requirements: – Physically able to lift 50 pounds throughout the work day – Own your own basic hand tools – Reliable transportation – Able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures – Excellent driving record – Professional appearance, punctual, and organized – Comfortable working safely on rooftops Preferred Qualifications: – Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable. – Electrical knowledge – Roofing knowledge – Technical Solar/Construction training – OSHA training – NABCEP certification Please submit your resume and brief explanation about why you are interested in the position.
