CLEVELAND — As Northeast Ohio's weather teeter-totters between 50 degree highs and snowy, frigid 20 degree lows, road crews are still trying to finish their 2021 projects. The Ohio Department of Transportation released its upcoming plans for highway projects in the Cleveland area. Most of the work will focus on replacing bridges and preparing for longer-term construction. All work is weather-dependent, an increasingly fraught term as the season becomes more prone to fits of snow. Live in Cleveland?
