On Saturday, join us for the Village of Bolingbrook's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Winter Walk Kickoff Event behind Town Center (375 W. Briarcliff Rd). The entire community is invited to experience the magic of the Festival of Lights Winter Walk. Whether it's a walk under the Snowglobe Gazebo, rockin' around a Christmas Tree, a visit to Santa's House, or a stop at any or all of the displays. You'll be walking in a winter wonderland with plenty of opportunities for family pictures and "s'elfies" to be taken! Festival of Lights - Winter Walk: Event Kickoff and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, December 4th - 5:30pm - 8:30pm - behind Bolingbrook Town Center (375 W. Briarcliff Rd). This event is FREE and Open to the Community. Displays Open to The Public, Visit With Santa, Treats Sold to Benefit Organizations (Hot Chocolate/Hot Apple Cider, Holiday Popcorn, and Peppermint Cotton Candy). There will be several other events held at the Winter Walk, so click here for a sneak peek and "Save the Dates" for the Bonfire & S'mores event, Hot Chocolate with Santa event, and the two Senior Nights. The displays are decorated by local groups/organizations and the event is presented by The Village of Bolingbrook's Civic and Cultural Affairs Commission. After the kickoff on Saturday, the Winter Walk will be open DAILY until January 9th! This fun filled + free + festive holiday Winter Walk will be open from December 4th thru January 9th. Stroll around the pond behind Town Center and enjoy the whimsical displays anytime of the day or night.
