Press release from the Savannah Police Department: Bianca Johnson December 3rd, 2021 UPDATE (December 3, 2021): The victim, Ol'Liek Dashawn Bonaparte, 23, was transported to a hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. The investigation remains active and ongoing. No further details are available at this time.   SAVANNAH, GA (December 3, 2021):  The Savannah Police Department responded to a shooting in the area of West Congress Street and Jefferson Street. A 23 year-old male was found with a life-threatening gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. Preliminary information indicates that the shooting may be connected to an earlier altercation. Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
