Looking for a seasoned cook/Chef to help me work a private Xmas party in Clifton, VA on Dec 11 from 4-12:30 pm (might end sooner but this would be the latest). Need Chef to help set up and breakdown/wipe down kitchen at end of event. Very little prep, mostly refill chafers from hotbox plus steam some bao and fry samosas when running out.. We're serving pan-Asian cuisine: sushi, Thai beef salad, charsiu bao, samosas, etc. Must be 21 or older and have at least 1 reference. Paying $160 for event plus tips and meal. Professional appearance, chef’s jacket if possible w/apron. Must have own transportation. Please text me a little about your experience and recent photo if interested. Thanks!
