Vocalist looking to start A Perfect Circle cover band

I used to sing for a Tool cover band but they are covered by a lot of people. Looking to start up APC cover band and I like to dress the part as well (nice suit, blonde wig, glasses) to be as realistic as possible. Looking for Keys, gtr, bass and drums to make this complete. I know its a lot of hard work to learn, but its a great side gig for a little extra cash and something fun to do weekend nights. I dont have a place to rehearse, so if anyone does, that would be great in order to save money from renting space. Looking to rehearse once a week together and learn parts in spare time at home.
