HOOVER, AL — The Hoover Police Department is trying to identify a suspect in a felony shoplifting case from Nov. 8. Police say the suspect stole approximately $1,000 in merchandise from a Hoover business. Officer Brian Hale of the Hoover PD said the man left the scene in a black SUV. Security photos of the man were posted Friday by Hoover police: Hoover PDAnyone who may recognize this man or knows anything about this case is asked to contact Hoover Detective Kyle McCreless at 205-444-7654.
