LOST small black cat in Atascadero

LOST CAT in Atascadero. We haven't seen Mickey since mid-day on Wednesday, December 1. She is indoor/outdoor, but this is an unusual absence for her. She doesn't miss many meals. She is a very small, all black cat. Chipped. Wearing a black collar with a silver reflective stripe. Collar has a bell and silver heart-shaped ID tag with our contact info (you can see the side of it in the photo). She is moderately friendly to strangers. She won't approach you, but she will probably let you pet her. She responds to Mickey and Mickey Mouse. We live on San Marcos Rd. near Portola Road (near the Refuge church). There is a SLIGHT chance that she stowed away on my husband's boat when he took it to a repair place on ECR near the old Kmart. If so, she could be anywhere in northwest Atascadero. We are very worried about her. Please share any sightings or info. REWARD if found. Thank you!
