TAX HELP

Description

I recently received a notice from ftb.ca.gov indicating that I owed $5000 for the year of 2019. I did not live in CA at all in 2019. I filed my taxed already in AZ. What am I to do? There threat is that I pay them by Dec 31. I have already disputed them - but they state they were unable to correct my 2019 taxes - again - which I did not file in the state of CA.
