Keys Needed for Americana Band

We're an established band (4-piece) looking for somebody to fill in or possibly join the band (or something in-between). We've all got day jobs and most of us have kids, and are pretty mild-mannered - but we get some decent gigs and do a little traveling now and then, mostly in Texas. We don't play a ton of gigs and try not to play crappy low-paying or no-paying bar stuff if we can avoid it - usually we're averaging once a week or so (more if we have a new album out, less if we don't). We're mostly in our late 30's, but we get along with both old and young people! Mostly americana, roots-rock with some country stuff thrown in - 90% originals. Looking for somebody who can play piano/organ mostly - accordion would be a bonus. We have fun and we don't need a virtuoso... just somebody who can groove, is fun to be around, and can help add some variation to our sound. If you can send samples of you playing, it'd be great!
