Job Description The Hygieia Shipping Clerk will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments of products and assisting with customer service Job Duties Include: • Collect, print, and organize incoming customer orders. • Identify and gather products from warehouse shelves to fill orders. • Assemble shipping containers • Select preassembled containers and packaging materials for best shipping practices • Pack, seal, and label shipping boxes with customer orders • Invoice clients • Maintenance and Inventory of shipping materials • Keep shipping and office areas clean and organized • Packaging of marketing material to clients • Data input of customer records, filing and record keeping • Assist other departments as time permits. Requirements: • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently • Consistent job attendance • Positive Attitude • Must be able to handle heavy packages (50+ lbs.) alone • Detail oriented including basic math and measurement skills • Valid California driver’s license • Computer literate with beginning knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
