PKS, Inc, is a locally owned Service company. We are in our eighteenth year of business and another 27 industry years’ experience. 'PKS' Services Northern California from SF to Lake Tahoe, North from Redding and South to Bakersfield. PKS is a full line US Chemical distributor and stocks everything in one of its two warehouse facilities for the food service industry's Cleaning and Sanitization Products. Also, PKS is a CMA Dish Machine dealer and Authorized service provider, Professional Kitchen Services, Inc is currently hiring for a Warehouse assistant. This person will assist the Warehouse manager with all warehouse activities including but not limited to: Shipping and receiving, Preparation of Commercial dish machines, dispensers for installation to customers, reconditioning of commercial dish machines, dispensing equipment and overall inventory and cleanliness of the facility / Office and other duties as assigned by Management. Technical Requirements: 1. Fork lift operation 2. Light Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical skills preferred but not required 3. Good oral and written communication skills 4. Valid California Drivers License 5. Knowledge of sanitation chemistry. Preferred not required Physical Requirements: 1. Ability to drive a delivery van / truck for extended periods of 2 to 4 hours at a time. 2. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently. 3. Ability to use various hand and small electrical tools. 4. Ability to turn, twist, stoop, climb, bend, squat, and reach on occasion while performing job duties.
