Wanting to adopt special puppy

We want a small dog under 30 pounds. But not just any fur baby. Here is what we are looking for: 1. Chihuahua, Yorkie, Pomeranian, Shih tzu, will be willing to take other breeds as well. 2. We want to adopt a special baby who needs to be loved because the poor baby is unwanted by others. 1. Blind 2. Deaf 3. Missing legs or tail or ear 4. Special diet or medication 5. Birth defects or from inbreeding abused or neglected. We can have a dog where we live. I have 3 kids that are older and one cat named Steve who thinks he is a dog and not a cat and he was found in a creek and needed constant medical care for the first year of his life but he is still living with us and still acts like a kitten. We adopted a cat named Max who passed away June 2018 from complications from his birth due to being inbreed. His heart was upside down, his kidney was mishaped and had only one kidney. He went into kidney failure and he was not able to have any surgery or treatment due to his misshaped and missing kidney. So after visiting with the vet we decided that the best thing for him was for him to be put to sleep. We were told he would not make it past 5 years and he lived 5 years 1 month. We hate to see the puppies who are unadoptable sent to a shelter. Please respond with pictures.
