I finally found the formula to easy steady weight loss. Now that I understand the fundamentals, managing my weight is much easier than I ever imagined.
Not an expert, but I am happy to share the things that provided me with success with other people struggling with their weight. If I can do this, you can do this too.
Body chemistry / managing insulin through diet is the key. Exercise is helpful but not required. A few diet and lifestyle adjustments and you can be on your way.
