Job description: Cleaning Technician A highly rated and fast-growing commercial cleaning company that has been around for 17 years is seeking Full-time and part-time cleaning technicians –Employees (W2) and Sub-Contractors (1099) to join our team. This company is in Chantilly, VA but we service accounts all over the DMV area. Employees and Sub-Contractors would NOT leave from Chantilly but would report directly to the location where they work. Start: December Hours: FT and PT positions available Requirements • MUST BE RELIABLE • Eligible to work in the US • Clean background record • Communicate in English – Bi-Lingual is a plus! • Experience in commercial cleaning • Organized, friendly, responsible, and trustworthy • Reliable transportation • Work independently • Follow direction Compensation: • Weekly pay • $14.00 - $17.00 an hour • Benefits: (W2 employees) Health Insurance, 401 K, PTO
