Job description We are currently hiring skilled and professional Self-Employed Cleaning Assistants (Independent Contractors) to assist with Airbnb, Apartment and Moving/In Out Cleaning Services for our clients in Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. You are a good fit especially if you have the following; * Have at least one year, or more professional cleaning experience (preferably in a similar environment). * We will only review applications with completed assessments. *Can work with minimal supervision and ready to hit the ground running. Also able to work in a timely and fast paced way; whilst paying *You are someone who is self-motivated, committed, energetic, dedicated, reliable and passionate about providing high quality professional cleaning services for clients. You are able to work in a timely, fast paced way, whilst paying great attention to detail, including ensuring our clients home environments are spotless. *You are looking for a flexible working opportunity. *Committed to independent learning, development and improvement in your skills. *Able to meet the physical demands of the job, whilst ensuring to your own Health, Safety and Lone Working standards. REQUIREMENTS: 1. We are preferably looking for Self-Employed workers who can drive and have their own car. Alternatively, you must be able to demonstrate how you will be to travel to customers homes with your cleaning equipment. 2. Cleaning equipment, cleaning products and your own personal protective clothing (i.e. gloves and masks). 3. Be eligible to work in the U.S. (with a recognized Government ID & Social Security Number). 4. Be willing to source your own self-employment insurance cover. 5. Fluency in English - able to follow written and verbal cleaning instructions 6. Basic I.T. Skills - ability to use Smart Phones Apps (work scheduling), Word, Email and Google Docs. 7. Minimum Education Qualifications: High School or GED Qualifications. 8. Must be able to provide professional and personal references in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (BUT NOT LIMITED THESE DUTIES ONLY): 1. Standard cleaning services of homes according to clients requirements 2. Moving In/Out Cleaning Services 3. Deep Cleaning Note: This is not a permanent employment opportunity. We are only looking to work in partnership with experienced Self-employed Cleaners and Independent Contractors. Although we do not guarantee permanent working hours, we will aim to provide you as many hours as possible.
