This is Bernie. She is hand fed and about 3 months old. She is a very small female cockatiel. She is missing a toe and two claws on one foot which makes her a little clumsy. She is not the type of cockatiel you can walk around the house with her on your shoulder but she loves to hang out with you if you're sitting down. I'm hoping to find a home for her that will love her for exactly who she is. She is very sassy! She thinks she is much bigger and capable than she really is.
