Help Answer Toyota Question

1999 Toyota Sienna LE 5 Door Mini Van. Need replacement parts. The one I have a question about is the ignition cylinder key lock. It came with the immobilizer system but have looked at all the places on line and never a difinitive answer. ACCORDING to the parts places the immobilizer cylinder key is interchangeable with a regular cylinder key lock. Can someone please let me know that answer and where I can refer to that answer??
