Established and growing Beaverton Team Sports Distributor has an opening for an experienced Customization Production Person to Lead our Heat-Transfer/Print Team. This person will lead a team to Prep, Print, Press and Assemble customized products. We are looking for an energetic self-starter with strong organizational skills who is used to self-managing for time and production. A person with the ability to manage the overall work flow while keeping an eye on the fine details. Our print department equipment includes Vinyl Heat Transfer, Sublimation and Direct to Garment printers. We utilize clam shell, swing away and mug heat presses. All we are missing is you. We are currently looking for someone who is: • Experienced working with Heat Transfer and Sublimation applications • Flexible and excels in a fast-paced environment • Motivated and dependable • Detailed-oriented • Willing to learn new programs and machines • A problem solver Job Duties Include: • Organizing production flow based on posted due dates • Determining most efficient use of materials and time • Printing and preparing logos for production: weeding, masking/laminating and/or trimming • Handling various style heat presses for logo application • Picking and prepping product for production • Packaging finished product for shipping • Quality Control throughout the production process • Researching and testing current and new production methods on new products • Performing scheduled and unscheduled routine equipment maintenance Requirements: • Two years working in a Heat Transfer / Print production environment • At least two references from prior employers • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator • Experience with DTG printing is not required but is a Plus • Dependable transportation Job Details: • Pay: $18+ DOE • Hours: Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 3:30pm • Job Type: Full-time • 90-day probationary period Benefits: • Employee Discount • Medical • Dental • 120 hours of PTO, prorated for the first year • 401(k) option after one year – During next available open enrollment period
