We are seeking a highly motivated self starter with good time management skills that can provide excellent customer service as a Roving Painter for apartment communities. *Must be able to communicate effectively *Must have a dependable work vehicle, (truck or van preferred) and your own hand tools. *Tasks include but are not limited to painting, drywall repair and texturing. Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work, fencing, window, siding and door replacement, appliance repair and installation a plus. *Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, walk distances and able to lift up to 80lbs repeatedly. *Starting pay rate is $19 - $21 per hour DOE. Majority of apartment locations are in Vancouver, WA and a few in Oregon, as far south as Milwaukie. Paid fuel when traveling from property to property during the work day. Normal schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Position comes with a generous benefit package including paid vacation, holidays and 100% employer paid medical, dental and vision coverage for the employee. Minimum of 3 years experience in apartment painting required. If you are not experienced in this industry please do not apply this is not an entry level position.
