Full time maintenance technician needed for growing property management company. Competitive compensation including gas allowance and generous bonus structure, commensurate with experience. Job responsibilities include diagnosis, repair and general maintenance of properties and individual units, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, clean-outs, painting, drywall, etc. Must have prior maintenance experience. Must have a reliable cell phone, be responsive and communicate well, and possess valid drivers license, transportation and tools.
