We are a Real Estate company, looking for a Licensed Electrician in Philadelphia who can Rewire a whole house (The ability to put in permits is a plus but not required). Looking for a good business-to-business electrician who will be able to do this and more in the future. We will need the following: (New panels, New Romex, J-Boxes, Outlets, Switches, Lighting, Power to HVAC & Condenser). The house is vacant and we will handle the opening of walls and ceilings as required and patch & paint. Timeline to start in December and finish within 2weeks from start.
