Issue with Glitching Radio in the Rain or Car Wash

99.9% of the time when I go into the car wash or when it rains my radio does this. And sometimes it does it when there’s no water at all. It’s so weird. Most research online says: - disconnect battery - fuse - unplug/plug cord behind the glove box - replace unit And the only this that sounds consistent is replacing the unit. And even sometimes that doesn’t work. Here’s a video: Please let me know if you’ve seen it before
