I have never called for violence against Trump outside the bounds of legally mandated capital punishment statues at the federal level. I believe that Trump should be executed after he has had all due processes protections afforded him. I also argue that the Supreme Court has the power, via a majority opinion under the supremacy clause, to suspend the 8th Amendment. The US Military has certainly done so on numerous occasions at Guatanamo Detention Center. That is all. Now carry on smartly.
