Delicate carpentry miniature woodworking

I am in need of a delicate miniature woodworker to create 20 tinkertoy cylinder like game pieces with truncated upright cones as bases, where the eight side and corner slots (slots can be square, circular) of the 1" cylinder diameters have dowels of snug fits (not tight, not loose, but easy to insert and stick out, 1" in inserted length) of ten interchangeable different paint colors. The cylinders and bases would be painted dark grey or light grey. The base at bottom (designed by you like a tall but truncated hershey's kiss) would be designed more expansive and weightier than the cylinder at the bottom, standing on a tile (already manufactured elsewhere) of 2.56" inches in length.
