Description

We are seeking a full time, experienced handyman to make general repairs to occupied and vacant units serviced by a busy property management company. This person will need to have experience with minor plumbing (installing faucets, toilets, hw heaters, snaking toilets, fixing leaks under kitchen & bathroom sinks, snaking drains). Minor electrical (installing new light fixtures, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors). Minor repairs such as repairing closet doors, drawers, measuring for screen replacement and window blind replacement. Also a plus is some knowledge about changing or tumbling locks and familiarity with lock replacement. Our company will supply you with work orders and tools necessary to complete the work and a company van to drive to and from jobsite. Verifiable work experience (1-2 years) is required. A valid Oregon Drivers License is required. A general background check will be completed.
