Returns Processing Associate

Design Toscano, a leading Home and Garden catalog/internet business, has an opening in our Returns Department to process customer returns in our warehouse in Elk Grove Village. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Receive, open, inspect and review paperwork for returned merchandise - Organize and restock items that are returned in good condition - Pack/repack merchandise when necessary and physically return to warehouse inventory locations - Process returns in our in-house computer system and organize the physical paperwork - Move skids of merchandise from the dock after they are dropped off by UPS. - Communicate with our merchandise department to improve quality Skills and Requirements: This position requires physical duties along with reviewing and processing paperwork in our computer system. - Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel - Good oral and written communication skills - High School Degree F/T or P/T hours – Available between 7:30am- 4:00 pm M-F Physical Demands: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
