Looking for workers for our growing landscape company. This is a company that installs beautiful high end custom landscapes for residential and commercial clients. This is not a mom and pop lawn mowing service, we do not do landscape maintenance. Our jobs last anywhere from 1 week to a month on a job site. This is a company where you will not be doing the same boring task every day. You will learn how to install landscape lighting, sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, mount and program lighting transformers, irrigation controllers, install concrete curbs, concrete, the use of various equipment like tractors, loaders, trenchers, sod cutters, stump grinders, chain saws, and dump trailers. You will be in direct communication with the owner and foreman of the crews daily, We are all easy to talk to when you have questions on how to do things/improve. Tired of the people and workers you work with? Come over to Paramount Landscape. We currently have a lot of work. And if you can work and carry your weight/help the crews you will be embraced. If you can't don't waste your time applying. We are looking for honest workers that will put in their time, show up on time, and be consistent producers on the crews. We are looking to add 4 good people to the team. We have a nice company culture of respectful and positive minded workers. We currently have 9 employees. This is a company where if you are a real producer you will get noticed and rewarded. This is not a multi million dollar company where you can hide from your job and slide under the radar. If you're addicted to checking your phone every 5 minutes or constantly on it you will get weeded out quickly. No experience needed, No drivers license needed (however having a drivers license is preferred). Just a positive mindset and a willingness to get out of your comfort zone and be able to work outdoors. If you have many years of experience and don't like the working environment you're in we want to hear from you as well. Landscaping is hard work but rewarding if you're willing to put in the effort. We offer 401k matching, 1 weeks paid vacation, 4 paid holidays, 3 paid sick days and competitive pay based on experience. Starting pay with no experience or drivers license is $17 per hour. With a clean driving record $18 per hour. If you have experience pay will be based on that and your interview. We are a tight nit crew that wants a few more hard workers with positive attitudes.
