****MUST ATTACH WORK RESUME AND EXPERIENCE IN EVENTS OR RESTAURANTS, OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REPLY**** YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE A SPRINTER CARGO VAN (LIKE A U-HAUL VAN) YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE YOU MUST HAVE RELIABLE PHONE OR COMMUNICATION. **If you do not have a clean driving record or cannot drive the sprinter van, do not apply. ** **If you are not available for prep and loading in Hollywood, do not apply** **Sunday starts at 7:00AM and ends at 5:00PM** **You will load between 4pm-7pm on Saturday's.** **You will need to do inventory on Sunday's after the event and/or Mondays** **You must coordinate logistics of dirty dishes back to our Hollywood Restaurant** **ALL WORK OUTSIDE OF SUNDAY is at the rate of $18/hr** We need you this Sunday! We can hire immediately starting this week! If you are free on weekends, we need you! Are you a fried chicken fan? Would you want to be part of an expanding concept in LA? BOLO is actively looking for part-time members who are dedicated and driven to be part of a quickly growing brand in the hip restaurant scene in Los Angeles. We are currently open every Sunday from 10AM-4PM at Smorgasburg Market in Downtown L.A. and also operating other weekly pop-up service hours while we build out more brick and mortar locations. SATURDAY's @$18/hr Loading or assistance to prep for Sunday (Must be available from 4pm-7pm) SUNDAY's $250 flat rate Pickup Van 7:00AM Arrive at Market by 7:30AM Setup with team 8:00AM-10:00AM Service starts 10:00AM-4:00PM Breakdown and Load out 4:00PM-4:30PM Return Van & Dishes - 4:30PM-5:00PM MONDAY's @$18/hr Dishes Inventory You will need to show up at 7:00AM for setup and breakdown at 4PM, the day ends at 5PM. You will need to load the van on Saturday Evenings in Hollywood and drive the van to the event on Sundays and drive it back to its original location. We're in search for individuals who have experience in the restaurant scene and/or festival scene and work well in teams! Looking for friendly and high energy front of house team members and/or experienced back of house team members who display a strong willingness to learn! Here are some qualifications to be considered a candidate: - Willingness and ability to follow directions - Have restaurant experience working back of house - Have California Food Handlers certification - Have food preparation experience and/or other kitchen experience - Have availability to train and prep on weekdays and work events on weekends - Have a high sense of responsibility - Maintain professional kitchen etiquette - Must display a strong willingness to learn and adapt - Be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining great enthusiasm - Be a team player with a strong work ethic - Be prompt and efficient - Be trustworthy and an excellent communicator - Be able to do some heavy lifting, if needed (Event set ups) -Be able to load and unload vehicle -Be able to drive a cargo van/delivery vehicle if needed Please ATTACH your resume with your response, do not paste your resume in the body of your email response.
