Small growing construction/rental company looking for a self motivated, hardworking construction & maintenance assistant that can also help in the business office when needed. Applicant will be remodeling, repairing and performing maintenance of rental properties and also assisting with new construction. Applicant will also assist owner/Manager with business office support. Must have good communication, customer service, organization and computer skills. Reliable transportation, no drug/alcohol problems.
