Taylor Farms Sanitation Technician FULL-TIME $17/hr 1975 E Locust St, #B, Ontario, CA 91761 The Sanitation Technician is an essential role in maintaining food safety standards to ensure compliance with both regulatory bodies and Taylor Farm’s internal policies. This position reports the QA Supervisor. Cleaning and sanitizing all facility, manufacturing equipment and production areas according to schedule. Following all Covid-19 protocols, GMP’s, food safety and quality assurance protocols. Following all lock out/ tag out procedures. Properly transporting trash and other waste to the disposal area. Performing all job duties in a safe manner by following all company and OSHA safety rules, and processes. Maintaining cleaning and sanitation supply inventory. Reporting food safety and quality problems to QA Management team to ensure corrective action. Completing all proper documentation required for compliance. Additional duties as required. Schedule - Shift start: 8:00PM - Shift length: 8.5 hours - Days: 3rd Shift : 8:00 PM -5:00AM, Possible Overtime Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - 1 year of experience in food safety in a food manufacturing environment preferred. - - Experience with CIP systems, chemical handling, and SQF compliance preferred. - - Intermediate math, reading and writing skills. - - Ability to workday or evening shifts and weekends and Holidays as needed. - - Ability to maintain a safe and positive work environment. - - Ability to stand/ walk for 8+ hour shifts. - Can lift 50 lbs About Taylor Farms Taylor Fresh Foods is an American-based producer of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.
