80-s 90-s FXD Parts bike

I just recently bought a house that has a workshop in the back. Inside was this FXD Harley, doesnt run but looks like it did recently, Looks like the bottom end of the motor is jacked, however everything else looks good to go. Has a screaming eagle package on it/ has no paperwork though. Im willing to write a bill of sale if needed for the parts bike. text with any questions asking 1200
