The cleaning is mainly vacuuming, mopping, floor scrubbing, cleaning and replacing consumables. This is a good opportunity for a team of four with an existing cleaning business looking to expand. *Please DO NOT reply unless you have a team - this is NOT a job for one person alone* - Service schedule is 7x per week scheduled for 5 am to 9 am daily (may be able to move to after 11:30 pm) - Will take an estimated 4 hours per nite with 4 people working together efficiently - Estimated start date BEFORE January 2022 Responsibility details 35,000 sq feet (90% hard floor, 10% carpet) Vacuum, mop and run floor scrubber Vacuum carpeted floors and rugs Empty trash and organize janitorial rooms Spot clean glass doors and entry Vacuum, clean stairwell and elevators Restrooms 3 sets of restrooms to be cleaned, stocked, trash removed Supplies and equipment will be provided.
