Established property management company in Hoboken looking for 3 hard workers with their own transportation, to clean the common areas of apartment buildings and condo buildings in Hoboken and Jersey City, and taking out garbage from buildings to curb.
The duties include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs as needed and all light janitorial aspects of cleaning, as well as bringing bags of garbage and recycling from buildings to the sidewalk for city pickup.
We provide the uniforms, and all supplies.
$17. / hour, working 5 days per week from 3pm to 9pm
-Must have a valid drivers license.
