Handyman needed TODAY & Part Time We need help today: - To put a 2x4 horizontal stud brace in wall behind shower pipe to shower head (all work is done from wall from behind bathroom in a closet) - Need to add metal straps for copper pipe to new horizontal stud brace - We also would like you to add an access panel we already have in that same closet (see attached photo). - Once finished you need to caulk around the shower head pipe after pipe has been secured. We will pay a minimum of $100 for this even if it does not take 5 hours. We are also looking to work with you on a regular basis Handyman needed Part Time to upgrade/repair/maintenance for our Airbnb type Vacation Rentals about 1 days per week (5-8 hours per day). TASKS CAN ALSO INCLUDE: Pool patio cleaning/hose off/pressure washing, BBQ cleaning, general interior maintenance, trash removal, and cleanup after previous guests departure, errands to pick up supplies and material, and meet and greet arriving guests, and give guests a brief orientaition of house and area, etc. Tasks may also include all other things relating to home maintanance and guests services The normal day starts with a FaceTime call with us when you get there to evaluate home condition and then to go over what needs priority to be done with an Iphone or WhatsApp FaceTime call with us and same call at end of day before leaving at 5 pm to show what has been done. We will then send you a payment with your choice of cash: CashApp, ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or GooglePay. REQUIREMENT: - Must live in the Wesley Chapel New Tampa area (or less than 15 minutes away from Wesley Chapel) - A valid Driver License and your own car (not dependent of family member's car) - NON smoker, Drug FREE, CLEAN background If you own or have connections with other person who has the following it is a big plus: - Own a Truck to haul off trash & pick up material (no drop-off/pick-up) - Professional Handyman/Maintenance man - Years of Experience with lots of tools
