Handyman/ Facilities Manager for Commercial Property

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Handyman for our commercial property. You must be well-organized with strong repair skills including power tools. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and physical stamina.   Responsibilities include:   Light plumbing repairs. Drywall repair & painting. Railings install & repairs. HVAC maintenance (change filters). Flooring repairs. Change lights & bulbs as needed. Walk property and pick up trash. Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs Become knowledgeable of the property Select and coordinate with vendors for repairs & maintenance Meet with vendors on site, assist and answer questions Take photographs and email before & after photos to ownership Communicate with ownership on a weekly basis Requirements:   Proven experience as a handyman. Experience with tools and electrical equipment. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems. Basic math skills. Good communication skills. Well-organized and a problem-solver. Attention to detail.
