Janitorial Service Night Cleaners (Sun City Center) Established cleaning company has several openings for Contract Part-Time Nights janitorial positions in the Sun City Center area. Two facilities are available. One facility 6 day x per week, Monday thru Saturday at $40-$44 per cleaning service. One facility Monday/Wednesday/Friday at $30-$33 per cleaning service. Night cleanings only. Job responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, high and low dusting, restroom cleaning and trash/debris removal in a medical facility environment. Must be detail oriented person. Additional Information You must be able to pass a clean routine criminal/background check. This position requires a valid driver's license, own reliable transportation and a personal cell phone. All workers must have a neat appearance, and most importantly be honest and dependable. All workers will be paid as a 1099 sub-contractors, on a bi - monthly basis. Janitorial experience is a plus, however training will be provided to qualified individuals. Only serious applicants reply. Salary is $10-$11/per hour depending on experience. Must abide by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations. The CMS vaccine mandate requires workers to be vaccinated by January 4, 2022, unless they qualify for a medical or religious exemption.
