Growing tree service and commercial landscaping company looking for an experienced candidate who has experience in the tree industry. Tree trimmers and climbers are preferred but I'm willing to work with groundsmen who has their CDL license as well. Please don't apply if you only want to drive since you will be required to do tree service work as well. I'm willing to consider a candidate with no experience and train a candidate in the tree industry as long as they have a CDL license. For Tree trimmers and climbers, having a regular driving license is a must-have and will have to eventually get a CDL license to run my boom and chipper truck. Ideally, I would like the candidate to have experience in the tree service industry with knowledge in proper tree trimming, removal, and groundsman experience. You must be willing to learn how to use all our company equipment such as our spider lift. The driver must have proper licensing and be experienced in driving for this position. I'm flexible but you have to be experienced if you don't have a CDL license Must-Have: - Clean driving record and license - 2+ yrs in the tree service industry if you are a tree trimmer or climber - CDL A or B license, willing to work with candidates in the tree industry obtain this if experienced - At least intermediate knowledge/experience of tree trimming, removal, and other related industry knowledge Nice to Have: - Expert tree climbing experience - Expert tree industry experience - Certifications such as boom truck worker, tree worker, and arborist This job is 5 days / 40 hrs per week. There is no overtime unless I approve it for large projects. The company is growing so this could lead to a more challenging position in the future.
