Sweet cattle dog mix

This sweet girl is about 9 months old. She is a cattle dog mix and is 45 pounds. I think she might be mixed with some type of hound because she does howl sometimes and really enjoys chasing our cats. She doesn’t want to hurt them, are just thinks they want to play. We have a 3yo male lab mix and they play so well together. I also have a senior dog and she respects his boundaries very well. I took her in to foster her when her previous owner couldn’t care for her. I cleaned her up and got her fixed about 2 months ago and she recovered very well. She is up to date on rabies. She is working on learning manners, as she does jump up and she knocks my young daughter over (she has sensory issues so it isn’t a good combination). I would recommend a household with kids over 8 unless they are younger and don’t mind getting jumped on. She needs a good amount of exercise, so an active family (ideally with another young playful dog) would be best. Please let me know if you have any questions about this sweet girl!
