Full-time Construction/Handyman needed for an established General Contractor. Strong skills required in painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electric, wall repair, appliance repair, and general full range of skills. Responsibilities include managing and fulfilling work orders in various apartments/houses in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. The position will require travel between locations.Must be experienced, professional, reliable, hardworking and energetic, communicate well with supervisors, colleagues and tenants and have the ability to prioritize work and follow through. The position is full-time - Work van is a plus - Must have own tools
