Step into your light and set intentions in this powerful Winter Solstice Ceremony with a deeply relaxing Inner Light Activation Sound Bath! Please join Sound Healer/Reiki Master Susy Markoe Schieffelin for a very special Ceremony and Sound Bath on Venice Beach in celebration of the Winter Solstice! Sunday, December 19th at 11:00am on Venice Beach near Hurricane Street (please arrive BY 10:30am to find parking and secure your spot on the beach) $65 per guest The Winter Solstice gives us the opportunity to look within and renew our souls. This time spent with our inner self allows us to receive information from the unniverse and ultimately from ourselves. The Winter Solstice also ushers in a time when our intuition is heightened and becomes even more useful for making practical decisions. We will create a sacred flower altar for the Solstice and set powerful intentions in a Cacao Ceremony featuring Keith's Cacao, followed by a very special and deeply relaxing sound bath. This special Sound Meditation Journey will help you to tap into the energy of the Winter Solstice and set positive intentions for the season ahead.  Wear your favorite mask, bring a towel and cozy blanket, and lie back, relax, as experience a new level of serenity as you embark on an IN PERSON Sound Meditation Journey. Before long, you'll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away.Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promote deep rest and relaxation. **Please bring a towel or blanket to lie on.** **Be sure to bring a sweatshirt and extra blanket in case it gets chilly at sunset** **For sanitary reasons eye pillows will not be provided for this event - you are invited to bring your own eye pillow or eye mask** **We are excited to be back together in person!! That being said, staying healthy and mitigating the risk of contracting COVID-19 will require your help!!
