I have a large 7 year old Red Eared Slider aquatic turtle available for rehoming with fee. He is over 1 foot long. He loves to swim and requires a 50+ gallon (preferably much larger) well-filtered aquarium and UV light heat lamp/dry basking area. He likes to be alone and can be territorial if there are other turtles or animals. Favorite foods are dandelion greens and dark leaf lettuce. I can provide a new, powerful water filter, basking platform and heat lamp. Can also transport him to you. EXPERIENCED turtle owners only, please. Or must be willing to learn/invest in proper turtle care. Red Eared Slider turtles are often neglected or kept in unhealthy conditions. This turtle was rescued as a baby. They are very tiny when young and are often sold on the street, 99 cent stores, or won at carnivals/fairs. Most people get them without realizing how large they can grow, and how much water they actually need to swim freely. Contact me for more info and photos if interested.
