Gentle Saturday Morning Yoga
Start your new year off right, with a slow, gentle wake-up yoga flow for your body. We will open with sun salutations, and take time to transform our mind, body, and soul into a shifting of vision for the new year in 2021. There will be a brief meditation to finish and work out our intentions.
